When you pack a complete furniture program, this program consists often of several packing cardboard boxes, i. e. the cardboard box with the standard goods cardboard box A) and a cardboard box B with various accessories. When the latter is being packed, the line is in most cases only partly utilized.
Benefit from this additional capacity and palletize goods being ready for dispatch simultaneously from packages A and B. Simply supply the already packed packages A to the robot-type palletizing unit by means of another roller track system. Or you connect the robot-type palletizing unit of your line to your storing system. In this case, the robot can also palletize your A-B-stacks or A-B-C stacks for the dispatch during a free packing shift. This way, you will fully profit by your line palletizing system.
